Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Queen Bee Alchemy website and your engagement of coaching and consulting services provided by Queen Bee Alchemy LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming ("Queen Bee Alchemy," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a discovery call, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Queen Bee Alchemy provides 1:1 coaching and business consulting services for entrepreneurs, including but not limited to 1:1 Alchemy Sessions, Strategic Soul Mapping, Creative Block Breakthrough, and Mindset & Energy Reset. Sessions are conducted privately via Zoom and are tailored to each client's individual goals. The specific scope, duration, and structure of each engagement are agreed upon directly between you and Queen Bee Alchemy at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

Services are currently booked and coordinated directly by email at queenbeealchemy@proton.me. Pricing, invoicing, and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing between you and Queen Bee Alchemy before a session is scheduled. Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the amount of notice given and the circumstances of the request. To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, contact us at queenbeealchemy@proton.me as soon as possible. We will respond with a decision specific to your situation; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching and consulting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances, and market conditions. Queen Bee Alchemy does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal outcome from participating in our services. Nothing provided through our sessions constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological/therapeutic advice, and our services are not a substitute for licensed professional care in those areas.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to participate actively and honestly in sessions, and to take responsibility for decisions and actions you take in your business or personal life as a result of our work together.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and any materials, frameworks, worksheets, or resources provided during coaching sessions are the property of Queen Bee Alchemy LLC and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queen Bee Alchemy LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
